Kaelyn Lopez, Admitted to the California State Bar in 2023, she represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of California workers’ compensation matters. Her experience also includes representing applicants in workers’ compensation cases, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the interests and considerations of all parties within the system.
She earned her B.A. in Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, from California State University, Northridge, and her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Gregory Dohi in the Criminal (Felony) Division of the Van Nuys Superior Court. Before focusing her practice on workers’ compensation, she worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where her work primarily focused on HIPAA compliance. This background provides her with additional insight into regulatory compliance and the intersection of legal and healthcare issues.
