NUSHA NASIRI, Associate, joined Newhouse & Creager in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she distinguished herself as a recipient of both the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship. Awards that recognize exceptional academic achievement, and the advancement of women in legal education. Before pursuing law, Nusha earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, graduating cum laude. During law school, Nusha honed her skills through advanced coursework and clerkships, while actively contributing to several student organizations. Ms. Nasiri is licensed to practice before all State Courts in the State of California. She has practiced Workers Compensation defense exclusively since graduating from law school where she has represented the interest of employers, carriers, and third party administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense.
