DANIEL WAGNER, Associate, Associate, has been a workers’ compensation attorney since 2001 and a State Bar Certified Specialist since 2014. He aggressively and practically represents employers, insurance companies, self-insureds, public entities and third-party administrators at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards statewide. Mr. Wagner received his bachelor’s degree from Westmont College in Business and Economics and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Barbara College of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2001. His balanced knowledge of the practice comes from having practiced on both applicant and defense sides of claims; exclusively representing defendants since 2009. Mr. Wagner’s litigation experience has included complex claims and issues through trial, reconsideration and appeals. He also consults with and represents employers on Labor Code 132(a) and Serious and Willful petitions.
