KSENIA SNYLYK, Associate, was admitted to the California Bar in 2009. She graduated cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles. As a dean’s list honoree, she double majored in sociology and women’s studies. In 2009, she acquired a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she also received first honors in trial advocacy and won a top oralist award in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to practice before all State Courts in the State of California. She is a member of the California State Bar and the American Bar Association. Ms. Snylyk’s legal education included a judicial externship with the California Court of Appeal for which she authored two unpublished decisions. Prior to joining Newhouse and Creager, Ms. Snylyk practiced toxic tort litigation. She played a key role in obtaining a nearly $2 million dollar verdict for a retired Los Angeles Brickmason diagnosed with asbestos-caused mesothelioma; the verdict earned her commendation from the mayor of a neighboring Southern California city.
