DAN HARRIS, Associate, was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College, Vermont. As a dean’s list honoree, he majored in American Literature, also studying at the University of Kent in Canterbury for one academic year. In 1992, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was also selected as a member on the coveted Scott Moot Court Law team. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is licensed to practice before all State Courts in the State of California. Prior to joining Newhouse and Creager, Mr. Harris practiced workers’ compensation defense law representing clients in diverse industries, including fast food, hotel operations, apartment management, and supermarket settings. Mr. Harris previously owned co-owned mortgage banking and sports management companies, and so brings real world negotiation and resolution experience to his law practice.
